A three-day (August 8th through 10th) exhibition is planned as a technology showcase to meet the challenges of site investigations, laboratory and field tests, analyses, designs and constructions associated with geo-engineering structures. The exhibition venue is Galadari Hotel. The cost for an exhibition area is US$ 650. It includes admission to all conference sessions, daily lunches, tea/coffee break refreshments, conference materials and conference banquet for 1 person. In addition, the exhibitors will receive the following:
- Listing as Exhibitor in Conference Program and on Conference Website.
- A 50-word paragraph in the Conference Program.
- Exhibitor Logo on the Conference Website with a link to your website.
- One electronic copy of the attendance list to be provided after the event.
Each exhibition area of approximate size of 6 ft. x 5
ft. will receive the following:
- 1 5-15amp/230V single phase power outlet
- 1 Reception Desk
(6ft. x 3ft.)
- 1 Chair
Over the course of the conference, strategically positioned exhibition areas ensure delegates and speakers have every opportunity to visit you and your company representatives during refreshment and lunch breaks. Apart from the international exposure to prospective exhibitors products and services under one roof, exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to spread their network in this region, find new joint ventures and profit from the growing business associated with construction of geo-engineering infrastructure.
Tentative Exhibition Program:
- 8 August 2007 – Opens 9:30am – 4:30pm (exhibition area set-up: 8:30am)
- 9 August 2007 – Opens 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 10 August 2007 – Opens 8:30am – 4:00pm (dismantling: 4pm – 5pm )
